A little about us
Founded in 1920 by the Engisch family, Torch Publishing has been a proud member of the Bankstown Canterbury district ever since.
We have a large, modern printing facility in Condell Park which is used to print our own papers and many independently owned mastheads.

Come and Fly Casting


Bankstown City Council, in partnership with Lakeside Fly Fishing Club, is offering all residents aged over 10 years old the opportunity to have a go at fly casting (fishing) FREE of charge in the month of November 2011.
Sessions are available on:
Saturdays 5, 12 and 19 November 2011
From 10.00am to 12.00pm
At The Crest Complex - Soccer Field 4 (next to the Velodrome car park)

Cooks River Valley Times

The Valley Times is published every Thursday and covers the areas of Earlwood, Marrickville, Tempe, Campsie, Belfield and Canterbury.
A relatively 'young' paper but in its short life has built a strong position in the community supporting many local events.
