We are often asked if we permit guided tours of our plant for schools and community groups. To be honest we'd love to do these (we're quite proud of our facilities) but with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) the way it is it makes it very difficult to satisfy all the requests we receive.
In an effort to document just how the publishing industry works, we've created the 'For Schools' section of the web site where we try to describe the major sections of our company and how they work.
These range from photography and journalism through to printing and delivery. Hopefully you'll be able to get some useful information about how our papers come together.
